Vision Flooring Inc was established in Henderson, NV in 2014. The founding team brought decades of combined experience from Southern Nevada's commercial construction market — installers, estimators, and project managers who had spent their careers on real GC-managed job sites before starting this company. That background shapes everything: field-first execution, tight spec compliance, and a standard of finish quality that holds up at punch-out.

Over a decade we've grown our scope and crew capacity while holding the same standard. We work across all market verticals — Hospitality, Government & Military, Office & Corporate, Retail, Industrial, and Healthcare & Education — and we bring the same institutional discipline to each one.

Our 500+ completed projects include work at The Venetian, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, Disney Outlet Store, Nellis AFB, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These aren't accounts we chase — they're relationships we've earned by showing up correctly on every previous project.

We are Nevada-licensed, fully bonded, and a federal contractor. Our Henderson headquarters puts us within reach of the entire Las Vegas Valley — from the Strip to North Las Vegas industrial corridors to federal installations at Nellis.

Dan Morris has spent 25+ years in commercial flooring — much of that time in the GM role, running operations, managing crews, and keeping large-scale projects on schedule across Southern Nevada's most demanding job sites.

That operational depth is what sets Vision Flooring's day-to-day apart. When a superintendent calls with a schedule conflict or a scope question, they're talking to someone who has managed flooring programs at scale — not someone who learned the trade last year.

GCs who work with Dan consistently note the same thing: the job runs cleaner. Coordination with other trades is tighter, problems get surfaced early, and close-out doesn't become a chase.

A Decade of Growth

2014
Founded in Henderson, NV
Vision Flooring Inc incorporated by experienced commercial flooring professionals with deep roots in Southern Nevada's construction market. First GC contracts secured in Clark County.
2016–18
Hospitality Expansion
Secured first major Strip resort contracts, including work at The Venetian and Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas. Added large-format tile and carpet tile specialty crews.
2019–20
Federal Market Entry
Obtained government clearance and completed first federal installations at Nellis AFB and with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
2021–22
300+ Projects Milestone
Surpassed 300 completed projects. Expanded crew capacity to support concurrent large-scale installations across multiple market verticals.
2023–24
Continued Vertical Growth
Added Healthcare & Education vertical. Continued growth across industrial and office & corporate sectors in the Las Vegas Valley.
2025–
